Got a new phone and unable to reinstall this app. Its the only way I can text my son. No number for customer support no help.

Is there a way to get notification when there is a message. If there is an emergency there is no way of getting an immediate response.

App doesn’t work
Notifications don’t work
Things don’t send
And the app mixes up contact names on its own. Also is not in the play store when it’s easier to get approved for the play store then the App Store.
Makes no sense to make that no one with no apple products. 
Please help!
Complete garbage- wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

If you like instant messaging and you like not being distracted, this app is for you!! Like WhatsApp without all those annoying social media aspects like channels, stories etc. A messaging app that’s just that!! Thanks!!
