I didn’t receive a couple items from my order. Tried for over a month to contact and get a response . After a couple weeks of emails FINALLY was asked for my phone number and despite sending it a dozen times received zero response. Searched endlessly for a phone number and when I finally came across one it was not in service. Have shopped here many years with no problems but the 1st time we have one the “customer service” is non existent!
