It works fine after logging on, but it’s a minor irritant to log on every time on a device I own. Especially since the regular Netflix app still does. ### 1/5 — Logs me out every time I close the app *2022-09-21, version 1.31* Updated complaint: The app now logs me out every time I close it. This just started occurring when I changed my password. It’s highly frustrating. I don’t understand why biometric login isn’t an option, which would resolve the issue. Please fix!! Original review (which has been resolved): For some reason the latest update to this app doesn’t show the entire user reviews of movies. It’s not possible to click on the reviews to expand them. The reviews used to be a helpful tool in deciding to add movies to my queue or not. Currently it’s fairly useless to even look at them as the context is lost since they’re not viewable. Please fix this! ### 4/5 — Can’t open reviews *2022-04-02, version 1.29* The reviews just end with more to say, but tapping the review will not open it to allow me to see the entire write-up. I’d give this 5 stars if I could see the entire review. Please fix this. ### 3/5 — Cuts off reviews *2022-03-04, version 1.29* Past few months you’re not able to read the complete reviews. Cuts off in the middle of a sentence- sometimes only a few words in to the review then it ends, sometimes I might get two whole sentences before it cuts off. Really annoying when trying to decide if a movie is worth renting or not ### 3/5 — The review text is cut off *2022-01-06, version 1.29* You can no longer read the full reviews left by people. They just stop right in the middle of sentences. The developer left a comment on the most recent comment under mine and clearly has no clue what they are talking about. It take two seconds to see the issue on the most recent version of the app. The latest update caused this issue. App is also not as responsive by touch as it used to be. ### 4/5 — Film Reviews are Truncated *2021-12-31, version 1.29* Customer reviews of movies are all chopped off halfway through the review making it impossible to follow. This wasn’t always the case suggesting the bug appeared after the latest update, hopefully to be addressed and fixed going forward. Otherwise it’s a great functional app! ### 3/5 — Feature request and bug fix *2021-12-23, version 1.29* Generally speaking this is a usable app. Queue management is solid. One bug report - when reading reviews the text is truncated and you cannot tap to expand the full review. Feature request - please separate TV shows from movies when browsing new releases. Also, show ‘all’ new releases in order of release date and not just the ones you want to promote. ### 1/5 — New Releases NEVER Available *2021-07-16, version 1.28* This is the one company that made NO changes after the pandemic started, service has only gotten worse. The top 53 titles in my queue are listed as: Short Wait, Long Wait, or Very Long Wait. It used to be 2-3, now it is 53! I’ve called repeatedly to no avail. They obviously need to add discs. I was told it may take 30 days to add discs, it has been more than a year. They truly don’t care because they already have your monthly fee. They simply hope you’ll continue to pay for a constantly shrinking library because most people are complacent. Not me, I finally quit. You’ll notice that the Developer does not respond to my review. ### 5/5 — Love the app...BUT *2021-06-27, version 1.28* I love the app, but the latest update (6/25 or 26)...something went wrong. I tried to log on but it said I had wrong email or password. I didn’t, but changed the password. It still wouldn’t work. I hope you can fix it as it is easier to use than going through the internet all the time. ### 4/5 — 4K *2020-11-08, version 1.25* I would like 4K discs to be available. I now have all the equipment to enjoy this format but I don’t want to be forced into purchasing discs I may never watch multiple times.
