Very limited interface. Please improve this app and I will update my rating. Love your software foot Windows .Thank you ### 3/5 — It’s OK but… *2024-01-30, version 1.3.0* It is quite handy for you to keep track of your progress while multitasking. But I do wish the most is that it could interact with other DVD fab products such as Streamfab And the video AI converter. ### 3/5 — Great premise but a couple of issues and no updates for 3 years *2022-12-06, version 1.3.0* Love the software. Love the concept for this app. The dvd fab software cannot be found through the scanning feature. I have to input the IP address manually. This wouldn’t be a problem, except it loses the IP address if I go to another app on my phone or if the phone goes to sleep. I see some others have had this issue even 3 years ago. Scans for my PC while it’s making a copy of a movie. There are 3 things I fee this app needs to be great. 1. Ability to remember IPs, I have to add manually and every time I close the app I have to re-add even though the IP stays the same. Fixing/improving auto-discovery would also work. 2. Ability to cancel a conversion (I have had times they will stick and simply increase time to completion. It would be nice to cancel the attempt remotely/from my phone. 3. Ability to tell a conversion’s title to either auto rename/overwrite if name already exists. Just give the options already present in dvdfab to be available in the app The app right now is decent. Having these 3 things added would make it absolutely amazing. Stopped working earlier this year on my iPhone 8 and still broke on my 11. I typed in the IP address and it kept telling me it was invalid. Months later I Deleted the app and reinstalled it and tried again, the same thing happened. The app is now deleted for good. Spent too much time trying to get this to work. I tried entering the IP manually. I kept adding the IP listed on the website, but received an error message stating that the IP did not exist. Well, after a few minutes of frustrated attempts a light bulb went off in my head. I noticed that the Port had the same numbers as the last five on the IP. I deleted those numbers from the IP and voila...it worked! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t remember my Mac studio IP address *2026-08-05, version 1.3.0* This app doesn’t remember my Mac Studio IP address. And the scan feature never finds DVDFab running on my Mac Studio, not even when I’m running DVDFab 13! There’s no place to input my IP address and save it. So I’m forced to remember and put in the last two digits of my Mac’s, IP address each and every time.
