Remember if you buy something with a good warranty you have no risk. However I’ve never needed to return anything because everything is in stellar condition. Using the search button is kind of tricky but works well. Overall, I have used DVOR and spent thousands of dollars over the past years. I have been pleased until recently parts that I am ordering do not show up as what the description I ordered said. I then returned my item and could only get credit on DVOR for it - even though the description said one thing and a different caliber muzzle break was sent instead.. I had an issue with another product similar situation… Need to make sure descriptions match the product because that is very frustrating. Shipped my order from Chicago on April 26. Got to Atlanta area May 1. I live in the Atlanta area. It LEFT Atlanta and went to Covington, GA. It LEFT Covington and went to 3 different places in North Carolina. Entire month of May it was “in-transit” and never made it. June 3rd tracking showed it’s in Atlanta (again!!!). I contacted DVOR and Elizabeth K. told me I could get a refund on June 2 via email. On June 3rd I requested the promised refund. Guess what? Nope, it moved so I have to wait until it’s been in one location for 15 business days to get a refund. I asked if it just keeps “moving” forever, would I ever be made whole as the customer. Elizabeth K. ignored me. I’m sure she got an award for that from DVOR. I’ll never get my order and they’ll never get another order from me. ### 1/5 — Great at first... *2020-10-05* I have ordered a few items from this site. One of my items was ear pro that only came with one ear piece. I sent a complaint and it took them almost a week to reply. Who knows how much longer it will take before I can get something figured out with that. The shipping is taking excruciatingly long for items that say only a couple days to ship when it’s been weeks since I’ve placed an order. Decently priced items but the time I could have these items in I would rather pay an extra $5, $10 even ,$20 more just to have it at a decent time. PSA shipped a rifle scope and brought to my door within 3 days. Optics planet/ DVOR needs to step it up a bit. ### 1/5 — Poor Customer Service *2018-05-04, version 1.6.3* I bought a watch (Heritor) which I thought was good quality from this app. The date and day of the week setting capability stopped working after 3 months. I called Dvor customer service and was informed that they have a 30 day return policy. I was not asking for a return but a replacement. I would not recommend buying anything you expect to last more than 30 days from Dvor. ### 1/5 — Can't sign in *2016-04-24* How am I supposed to shop when I can't even sign in or create an account? ### 2/5 — Overall these guys are best avoided. *2020-11-30, version 1.6.19* Why? You will see somewhat decent deals on things and you’ll try to buy them. But, Dvor won’t ship them. Maybe they don’t have the item or maybe they are yanking your chain. But after waiting for weeks you will cancel the order. You will also see that they are terrible about showing country of origin. Want a nice American-made Spyderco? Oops that $150 trio of throwing knives are made in China. If I wanted crap knives, then I would have paid a lot less on another chinese brand thanks! LOL ### 2/5 — Slow shipping *2020-01-07, version 1.6.12* I’ve ordered many times from this app. In most cases, shipping times are incredibly slow. Items sold may not be in actual stock. My last draw was my last order. Placed an order at the end of November 2019. Now January 2020, asked what the problem was and was quoted a shipping estimate of March. Canceled. But… The filtering in the app is TERRIBLE. Let’s say they have a pistol barrels offering. You want a sig p226 full size barrel in 9mm. You can only find them by scrolling. They might as well go back to paper catalogs. Next, read the fine print! Often they sell stuff they don’t even actually have! Then, they make a promise like “Usually ships in 1-3 weeks.” They don’t make this disclaimer obvious and they don’t even honor it or care about honoring it. 5 weeks later, they still haven’t shipped. Don’t expect good service either. Today I see a message, “order needs your attention please contact us.” “Unknown ETA, please contact us for more details.” Um, YOU should contact me, not vice versa. You have my number and my email. 🙄 ### 3/5 — DVOR purchases *2022-11-26, version 1.7.3* As of now 11-25-22 I’ve purchased several items over a few years & all has been good except one item that arrived without all the items listed & one of the items did not work on the IR light which was the white light module & i didn’t get one that works but I did get a replacement of the IR light with a good IR module but no white light module bc they said the didn’t have one to replace the bad one & she said she would ship a red module instead of the white module but it wasn’t in the box of the replacement light so I just gave up & it works good so I kept it instead of getting a credit for another purchase bc they didn’t do refunds and I liked the IR light & that held me back on ordering from them for quite sometime after that bc it was a very time consuming adventure but the return or replacement process is not the greatest but they did respond immediately and started the process of helping me but with that being said I make sure of what I’m ordering & don’t make a mistake on any order & hope that items arrive in good shape but all other orders have been good so far & shipping is ok so I’m ordering a few items now & gonna try it one more time bc I like products they list & there prices are good on some things from time to time so we will see how it goes & I will update ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — I love shopping here *2026-06-05, version 1.11.0* I browse this app all the time.
