Never works. You have to close the app, sign out , sign back in and then maybe it works. Usually we have to use the physical key card because this app fails. Absolute garbage app made by an absolute garbage leasing company (DVORA). If you move in to DVORA, you will have to use this app for getting in to your apartment. I promise you, you will get so frustrated you will want to move out. DVORA is trash inside and out. Wish I could give 0 stars. ### 1/5 — Can’t reset password *2023-08-30* I forgot my password and can’t reset the password, it asks for a code, but I never got the code emailed ### 1/5 — worst *2023-01-16, version 3.0.87* If you can’t handle it then leave holding keys to buttefly app how it was some time ago… ### 1/5 — Not a good app *2022-11-05* App takes forever to load, and is very buggy. Lots of chat related issues. Would recommend they move away from a mobile app and just stick with a simpler web UI. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, we are constantly improving the app. In the latest versions of the app you should no longer have any problems with the chat or load speeds. If you have any other questions you can start a chat with a CE, email us at customerservice@dvoralife.com, or call us at 833-Hi-DVORA. ### 1/5 — Yikes *2021-03-11* This company claims to be where “luxury meets technology” but: the “in-unit high speed WiFi” drops off every few minutes, you need both key card and your phone to go to the gym, the app is glitchy, and they take days before answering service requests- if they even get to it at all ### 1/5 — Message function never works *2021-03-06* I’ve sent multiple messages in the chat and they just disappear. Even after updates and deleting/reinstalling the app. ### 1/5 — Notification bubble are stuck *2020-11-01* Notification bubbles are acting up after the update ### 2/5 — App is not ready no for prime time *2024-04-27* Dvora forces you to use the app for almost everything but it’s not ready for widespread use yet. Perhaps the worst bug is it signs you out after every time you use it and you constantly have to reenter your user name and password, even if you have Face ID enabled. Dvora says there is no fix for this and unfortunately it’s just the way the app works, which doesn’t make sense as that’s an easily fixable issue. Don’t make residents use it if it has serious defects like this you refuse to fix. ### 2/5 — The new version is the worst *2022-12-11* The old version was working great, since the new update I could find the payments window and I’m not able to log in. The old version was working just fine ### 3/5 — Inaccurate unread flags *2022-11-21* App icon showing 10 unread messages on the top right but no messages are actually unread. Please fix it. However since the update l am not able login to the app. I have deleted this app and reinstalled and that still does work. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. In an earlier release of the app there was a bug that affected some users ability to sign in. The issue has now been resolved and you should have no problem logging back in. We are here to help. ### 5/5 — Great Application! *2020-01-23* Great Application and user friendly!!! ### 5/5 — Love the brand! *2019-11-12* Love the brand and the app. Super clean and modern. ### 3/5 — Good idea but too slow, lots of bugs, needs 2 additional apps *2021-11-10* Love the idea of accessing the building but this app has LAG. Takes way too long to load. Trying to switch tabs? Forget it. Want to unlock your door? Start the process 1-2 min before you get there. On top of that there is a separate app to open the front building of the door AND a separate web portal to pay your rent. Ridiculous user experience. This should obviously all be handled in one app. Does it work? I guess. Is it nice to use?
