My machine won’t work since I can’t connect to the app. And the app won’t open. So annoying.

The litter box is good for use without app, however the application development and corporate entity DVpets.com has been offline since November of 2025.  

Hence the non functioning app.  Let’s hope it gets flagged and fixed or removed as its non functional without the backend servers.

The most saddest and disappointingest app I’ve ever seen. Amazon should be embarrassed to even be affiliated with the App. Won’t connnect to the device. The 1.8 ⭐️rating was most bull$hit thing I’ve ever seen. 0 stars for the apps creators. Will be requesting a full refund. There’s been complaints just trying to start up. PATHETIC PEOPLE

At least in the US, you can’t even create an account to use the app. As others indicated, whether you tap phone or email, you only have an option for phone. Worse yet, you can’t select a different country code for the phone number as they apparently didn’t upload the country database as it is blank. So, there is no way to create the account since you have no way to get the verification code. Can’t rate the rest of the app, but if this is any indication, it’s not worth the hassle. Plus, the app hasn’t been updated in over 3 months, so they obviously don’t use the app or check on it. Tried on several devices, including other platforms, and none worked. I wouldn’t waste your time with this.

Please fix this app, I’m unable to register because the email tab when first signing in up doesn’t switch the UI to email mode, also cannot change area code when in phone mode.

Well, when it works, this app is ok. It does the bare minimum you need to operate the machine. When it doesn’t work, you can’t even log into the app. Two options. Phone or email. Defaults to phone number, so when I select email, the refuses to and all I have is a numbers keypad to enter my alphanumeric email. Uninstalled it. Reinstalled and it worked. For about 5 days then…yep. Vicious cycle of uninstalling and reinstalling.
