Das ist tatsächlich nur ein „Link“ zur Website. Die App ist also nicht auf spezielle Viewports angepasst, diverse interaktive Features vermisst man (z.B. Notizen).

Ich habe dann mal spaßeshalber den Einstufungstest B1 angefangen. Als Kind des Ruhrpotts ist dieser sehr anspruchsvoll. Teilweise. Bei manchen Übungen ist nicht klar erkennbar, dass man zuhören muss. Außerdem sind die Schaltflächen dafür nicht konsistent zu finden.
Auch wäre es super, wenn man irgendwo einstellen könnte, dass man gerade nicht hören kann. Egal, ob man schwerhörig ist oder in einem vollen Bus sitzt: Diese Option muss sein.
Einige dieser „Zuhör“-Tests fand ich auch extrem anstrengend. Ich bin nunmal kein auditiver Lerner. Das ist hier nicht wie an der Uni, wo man irgendwelche chronologischen Infos irgendwo einträgt. Man muss sich das gesamte Hörspiel mehrmals anhören und dann bei jeder Info ganz genau überlegen, welcher Teil vom Gehörten das widerspiegelt, was man antworten soll. Diese Infos kreuz und quer zu „verstecken“ hat doch nichts mehr mit Hörverstehen zu tun. Das sind ja schon gefühlte Fangfragen, die da gestellt werden.

Übrigens habe ich in der Schule gelernt, dass es heißt „Wähle [eine Option]“ und nicht „Wähl“ - was Umgangssprache wäre und deshalb mit einem Apostroph enden müsste, also „Wähl‘“.
Das liest sich teilweise, als hätte es eine wenig intelligente KI geschrieben.

Ich für meinen Teil hatte nach Frage 16 von 30 die Nase voll. Gut, dass ich nicht darauf angewiesen bin. Ich würde wohl eher nach einer richtig guten Deutschlehrerin suchen. Dass so etwas extrem selten ist, weiß ich auch. Leider. Deswegen sprechen viele Deutsche auch schlechter Deutsch als mancher Ausländer.

Die Imperative "Wähle" und "Wähl" sind beides richtige Versionen, die man im Deutschen verwenden kann. Wir haben uns auf unserer Website und App für die kürzere Variante ("Wähl") entschieden. Hier ein Apostroph hinter das L zu setzen, wäre allerdings nicht korrekt.

Vokabeltrainer funktioniert nicht, obwohl ich eingeloggt bin. Ich habe letzten Lektion oder alle Lektionen gewählt und „10 Wörter“ gewählt. Trotzdem wird mir das gezeigt: „Statusmeldung
Deine Auswahl enthält keine Vokabeln. Wähle mehr Lektionen aus.“ Können Sie bitte mir helfen?

There is a lot of great content dw has to offer but I find the app so clunky and annoying to use, ux is pretty bad. gets me out of the mood to study really fast. Would rather get a pen and paper and study in front of my computer on their website.

The app messed up big time and set its language setting to Arabic or something that I don’t know. The problem is, to set the language back to English or German you have to correctly find and click the “language” button from a long list, in said language. The optimal way should be to put language settings right at the top, seperate from other things and with visual cue (flag, for example)

Guten Tag! Das ist besser app für deutsch lernen, aber ich habe ein Problem! Ich kann nicht mit meinem Ipad anmelden. Diese App funkzioniert nicht in ipad, ich kann nicht auch mit Safary mit Ipad anmelden, obwohl DW in iphone und in windows funktioniert. Was ist los?

It seems they’ve fixed the bugs people were experiencing, the app works fine!
Everything I’ve seen so far is completely free thankfully! I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to learn German!

Мое любимое приложение для изучения языка- интересные уроки- и это главное. Из минусов регулярно запрашивал снова пароль и терялся прогресс. К сожалению приложение больше не работает, не могу понять связь доступности для пользователей из России образовательных приложений и последних событий,  людоедство какое-то, надеюсь что это в России заблочили DW а не наоборот, или я слишком хорошо о вас думаю?
П.с. Итак, прошло немало времени и ничего не изменилось, к тому же я узнала что на сайте гете института тоже нельзя проверить свои знания, просто отлично! Мы реально под санкциями, двулично и смешно, те кто хочет учить язык и культуру те под санкциями, в то время как существует 2 групп в людей которые их заслуживают - и  на санкции им начхать- это самые бедные которым не нужен язык и они никогда не поедут в Европу и самые богатые у которые полетят на частном самолете

De longe, o melhor app para o aprendizado do idioma. Conta com diversos cursos dentro dos níveis do CEFR, completamente gratuitos (sem anúncios surpresas), e com vários exercícios e práticas dentro das unidades. A ressalva fica por conta de bugs repentinos e pela indisponibilidade, já há alguns meses, do que eu diria que é a ferramenta mais poderosa deste aplicativo, o „vocabulary trainer“, que basicamente reúne tudo que você aprendeu ao longo das unidades e te permite treinar em forma de exercícios de forma infindável. Espero ansiosamente que a equipe de suporte resolva essas questões o mais rápido possível, para que essa recomendação seja sem ressalvas. De qualquer forma, mesmo com as questões levantadas, é uma recomendação fortíssima para quem está ávido pelo conhecimento desta língua!
