Works on iPad but on the phone is a disappointment ### 1/5 — Used App once to setup. Never opens again *2018-04-23, version 1.3.50* Was able to download the app and setup my system to view cameras. In these days of much less expensive home monitoring, I have found that I cannot access my camera views from anywhere except my house, unlike ADT, SafeLite Home, Apple. DW Mobile does not support remote access! Unbelievable! Earlier versions of DW Mobile supported streaming on iPads. New version does NOT support mini iPad (version 2) and iPad support is unreliable, live streaming works less than 1 hour! Incredible. The tech staff at DW Mobile App are terrible and do not offer any solutions. DW tech staff acknowledge that earlier versions of DW Mobile App worked on iPads, mini iPads quite well but subsequent updates eliminated many features! However, it is impossible to drag and drop more than one single camera onto the layout, unless you drag the entire list. If your intention is to just drag and drop a few, it replaces the first image with the next one, and defaults to a single camera view. Also, it is impossible to to display "four in one" cameras, where you are getting a 180 degree view. Just stays on a "Connecting" screen, and then times out. If these issues could be fixed, it would be a very useful app. ### 1/5 — Don't update *2015-07-24, version 1.3.13* The previous version of the app was working well for me. Now that I updated, I cannot connect to my camera server. Luckily, I didn't update my iPad and can still use that to view cameras. But once you learn how to switch between sites (push and hold until the image “jiggles”, then drag to the display screen) it works very well. I setup several sites and several "favorites" and have had no issues at all.
