I had to buy a new DW DVR and the instructions said the DVR uses this app. I was using the DW VMAX app and that was so much better. This one makes the search function impossible to use. Constantly times out on me or says DVR lost connection when I can reconnect and go back and watch what I am searching for but I have to start all over again. Looking for an alternative app to use or maybe a whole different DVR system. This one is just terrible. Also the picture quality actually got worse. How is that? I can view DW Spectrum systems, VMax systems and thr new COVA units all from the same mobile app. It even has DWAIN, the DW AI support agent built-in. It NEVER loads the cameras the first time, and seldom loads cameras as you switch display scenes. I like the ability to see the recordings and live video. The big issue is that it is very slow and laggy. Sometimes it cuts out the connection all together. It is basically unusable. If they fix the latency issue and the connection between the NVR and the application, i would give it 5 stars.
