Charging for the app for the cameras you already paid to much for. Go to Hikvision. Update. Still over priced. Licenses for each camera are very expensive. No wonder the company is failing. ### 1/5 — Completely Useless for us *2019-04-07, version 1.3.59* We downloaded this app and set up the required subscription and were unable to ever get the app or service to work. I would not recommend this app as it did not perform for us as advertised. ### 1/5 — Raspberry Pi spectrum 3.0.0.15297 or PC *2017-12-02, version 1.3.54* Software sees the Pi but will not play recorded video or live stream. It keeps connecting, disconnecting. I hope you fix, because your client software works great on both mac and PC, but would like a mobile option.
