Very glitchy. The calendar when adding when things were purchased is a date behind what you click. Also, you enter a section of the app like Mechanical and the back button doesn’t work. You are stuck in an endless loop and have to close out and reenter. Simple software stuff guys, get it together.

This app is not usable on iPad. In some screens, the full screen does not show, so you can’t click on the boxes needed to move to the next screen. For example, there was probably a “next” or “submit” at the bottom of some screens, but it can’t be seen, so you can’t move forward.

It’s to bad, because the app looked promising in some ways. That’s why I gave it two stars rather than one. But it’s absurd that they are even offering this for iPad right now, as it’s definitely not ready for prime time.

Im in the market for something that helps keep track of home maintenance, but main screen for adding device to inventory is showing buffering and doesn’t load to the next page

Everything was great early on, but some updates ago caused the task to be totally messed up. Tasks no longer show up periodically and once you complete a task, it gets crossed out and uneditable so there’s no way to delete the task or reschedule them. Secondly, please allow a way to turn off randomly generated tasks. Most of them don’t apply to me so I have to constantly delete them as they go. Lastly, please allow us to edit the homepage. It is too cluttered. All I really want to see is a quick view of the house’ details and tasks to be done. I would be so happy to pay the annual fee and recommend this to my friends if these were rectified as this is a really great app that just needs some work.

Just inputting info at the moment. No options to repeat tasks sooner than every month. Would appreciate options for days and weeks. So far, it seems like a good place to organize everything. It’s pretty slow sometimes when adding appliances and is stuck on the loading house symbol.

I just signed up today and was disappointed that Geothermal is not an option when selecting our heating. We save a ton of money using Geothermal. Our furnace only kicks in when temps are consistently under 28 degrees for an extended period. Please advise😊

I spent a fair amount of time setting this up and adding all my equipment and maintenance schedules for around my house. I hasn’t used the app in a few week and just opened it up and everything was wiped clean. No way to login and have it pull my data from the servers. Until they can explain why, I can’t say I’ll put my faith back into this app.

Giving one star because I can’t even register an account without a valid address. I entered my address that the app even populated and still said it was an invalid address.

Simple things like pasting a serial number, password, etc. into a field is not possible. So you have to type long arbitrary numbers by hand.

Very detailed app , I love being able to manage my appliances and access recommendations for maintenance. I’m a bit hesitant to go pro just because of the lack of reviews , and I would like more clarification on the companies cancellation policy and where they are based out of.

Out of all the home management I’ve used, this is the best so far. It does have a few bugs and kinks that needs addressed, but the developers are very active and open to feedbacks and suggestions. This app has great potential, but needs a major update that hopefully will come out soon.

I just downloaded this but so far I love it. I have been looking for something like this for awhile. I manage multiple houses and also commercial buildings and have always done this in excel. However I like this much better. If you could add commercial buildings as well then I would have no complaints.

### 5/5 — Brilliant “everything home” app!

I love the way the app connects home inventory to maintenance tasks to maintenance costs and asset value.  In addition, calculates the carbon footprint based on inputs. Hope it educates me on sustainable choices I make in the future. I feel sustainable products are more expensive upfront, but if it saves me money then will consider. Packed with features, wish it came with “how to” or help videos. Excited to use it, liked how when I added the washer model the app adds the manuals and cleaning video.  See lots of potential in the future.

It’s a great idea, but it still needs some work. I loved the idea of building a home binder with all my appliance info, but some things just won’t show up in it. Others have their model and serial number overlapping in an unreadable mishmash. 

It also looks pretty bad on an iPad. Functional, but clearly not really designed for it. 

But with a little more polish, this could be a killer app.
