gentrification and an ex-Amazon employee funded and designed. houses of millennials who gentrify their cities I.e. Bay Area, Brooklyn, ex-pat wanderlust upperclass. Little applications beyond this showcase. What is the point how is it social media?

I’m hooked on this dwelling app. Each time a new room pops up, I imagine who lives there.  Yesterday someone posted their space and in each room was a lovely Bassett Hound. The spontaneous glimpses without any commercial incentive feels friendly and organic.  Whoever left a half eaten plate of cookies on their table, you made me smile. I am a private person and appreciate that no one knows your address or outside identification of your home. Try it!

Dwelling is a refreshing take on social networking. At its core, the app is about people — your friends and neighbors. What I love is how you end up meeting these people not via selfies or photos of their latest vacation but, instead, through photos of their space. 

A home says a lot about a person. I’ve found that a photo of someone’s tiny closet office is actually a great starting point for a bigger conversation. Download dwelling if you’re looking to explore and connect in a different way ☺️
