I had a change in schedule and there was no way to edit an upcoming guest to change the date. It is tricky to negotiate and often times the buttons or the screen gray out for no apparent reason. This is often the case when you attempt to press the “manage guests” button. The app has worked better in the past. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Easy To Use *2025-10-01, version 4.6.7* It is so much easier to use this app than to have to call the Gate and add a visitor. You can add permanent visitors or just temporary ones quickly and easily. First an app to input guests and manage your access is NOT Rocket Science. This app does what it says and more. Sometimes you get disgruntled former employees who publish negative statements, and when you are on the internet that is going to happen. I love the ability of inputting my guests and sending them the professional looking epass, that can be scanned and open the gate if valid. Why get a 3rd party gate attendant involved that could make input errors when you can do it so fast and efficient. It has so many different functions that helps me to manage all my vendors and guests. I was reading all negative reviews and firs got a little suspicious about this app but after using it i figured out that everyone that gave 1 star is just a Dinosaurs in technology and they’re lazy to use their common sense and learn new apps. I would strongly suggest this app for everyone to use. ### 5/5 — Great app *2022-01-21, version 4.6.0* I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews! Stated using this app in our community in June 2021 and it’s always worked well! We use it to manage the list of guests at our neighborhood gate. Haven’t had any problems! It’s quick and easy. Pretty straightforward. If you’re having problems it could be your neighborhood manager isn’t putting info in correctly for the app to work for you— that’s all I can think of? Not sure but no problems for us. We even get noticed as people come through the gate. However may I request/ suggest an improvement? It would be absolutely amazing if you could add a search bar so that we may search a guest to confirm if we’ve added them to the guest list or not. Currently we have to scroll through the entire list of names which is hassle considering we have many guests/ service vendors daily.
