## What is Dwellrs?

Dwellrs is the on-the-go companion to dwellrs.com — the property management platform built for Nigeria.

WHO IT'S FOR
Already using Dwellrs on the web? Get the app to manage your rentals from your pocket.
• Tenants — pay rent, request maintenance, view receipts, message your landlord, see your bills at a glance.
• Landlords & property managers — keep an eye on payouts, tenants, maintenance, and leases wherever you are. Set-up (creating your portfolio, configuring payouts, inviting tenants) is done on dwellrs.com; the app keeps you in the loop everywhere else.

FOR TENANTS
• Pay rent and bills in seconds with cards, bank transfers, USSD, or Opay
• Full payment history with downloadable receipts
• Submit and track maintenance requests with photos
• Message your landlord or property manager directly
• Push notifications for due bills and important updates
• See pending and failed payments at a glance from the home screen

FOR LANDLORDS & MANAGERS
• Today dashboard with rent collected, outstanding balances, and urgent maintenance
• Tap a property for tenants, payments, leases, payouts, and team
• Approve, mark in-progress, or close maintenance requests
• Track payouts in NGN, USD, EUR, and GBP
• Real-time chat with tenants, landlords, and team members — with full moderation (block, report)
• Manage multi-unit properties and per-unit managers
• Bank-grade security with escrow protection on every transaction

SECURITY & TRUST
• End-to-end encrypted communication
• Escrow protection on rent and refundable deposits
• Multi-PSP payment routing for higher success rates
• Biometric sign-in (Face ID / Touch ID) with auto-lock after inactivity
• Privacy-by-default — dashboard amounts hidden on every app open
• In-app reporting and blocking for chat safety
