Нужно было перевести чертежи из dgn (v8) в dwg, ни один онлайн просмотрщик/конвектировщик не справился, просто не открывались файлы. Скачать нужную программу возможности нет. 
Но это чудо приложение решила все проблемы. Да, 600 рублей, но столько проблем они решают. 

Спасибо разработчикам, вы крутые!

Intuitive and easy to view CAD files. Low score reviews are flawed - most certainly can open and view files. At issue is that all 3D view functions and all export options require paid version which is not competitive cost with other apps.
