Have all diagnosis codes at your fingertips. You don't need an internet connection. Search diagnosis codes for both ICD-9 codes and the ICD-10 codes. Fully current with the 2025 CMS ICD-10 and final ICD-9 diagnosis codes changes. It also includes the Present On Admission (POA) exempt codes. You can search for the official code names or enter any diagnosis code. When reviewing ICD-10 codes, you will see all the billable codes within that group. It is true that we do not create common abbreviations but only use the data as distributed by CMS. As of 2.0, you can now use a partial search such as "ATTEN HYPER" and easily locate both the old ICD-9 codes as well as the current ICD-10 coding.
