Every click also has an ad that you have to exit out out of. complete junk. **Developer response:** You're right that opening was failing — that was a real bug, fixed in the next update. Premium removes ads entirely. Once you update, give it another go and email support@neurasync.ma if anything's off. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2025-10-06, version 17.0.0* Every press of screen will load the ad, also try to convert with no success, poor app ### 1/5 — Doesn’t convert anything *2025-09-17* This is nothing but a large advertising file. It bombards you with various ads and then why you supposedly have achieved a conversion it immediately wants money…not a productive way to test or promote the app. **Developer response:** The conversion failing was a real bug — fixed in the next update — and premium removes the ads. Your first conversion is free, so you can test it cost-free once you update. support@neurasync.ma if you hit trouble. ### 1/5 — Spam nonsense *2025-09-14* You can’t even open the app if you’re offline, it just shows a white screen. It is nothing but pop-ups and spam and you have to upload your files to god only knows who or where. Nothing but malware spam. Stay away. **Developer response:** Two fair points: the offline white screen was a bug (fixed in the next update), and your files are only used to perform the conversion — they're not sold or shared, it's not malware. One is an upload bar the second is a dropdown to select conversion type and the third is a convert bar. I try to upload a file and convert to pdf and nothing works. **Developer response:** That upload-then-nothing behaviour was a bug, and it's fixed in the next update.
