Upon completing those surveys I got a notification telling me that it failed to send payment. It also told me to check my account and retry. I checked my My Account account but I didn't see my email address nor did I see how to change it. I contacted Support and haven't heard anything. My Health app show that it was connected on DXJ, but when I went into the Apple Health app itself, it did not show was connected. So I disconnected it from the DXJ app and now I cannot reconnect it. This is really crazy! ### 5/5 — Dxj *2026-04-28* Some surveys you cant take because they have a error when you submit when you try contacting someone from support you never get a respond back ### 1/5 — Broken surveys and lack of support *2026-04-18* App used to work great, but now its basically unusable as the survey is broken and i cant complete it to get anymore new surveys and support has still yet to answer me the numerous times ive put in requests for help fixing the survey ### 1/5 — So-So *2026-03-20* I was able to do the first 3 surveys and got paid pretty much instantly for them. But after over a month the 4th survey was finally unlocked. But I haven’t got paid for it and don’t know when or if I will get my payment for it. So my opinion of this app right now is 👎. Could possibly change if I ever get paid. Update: Finally got to do the 5th survey, but still no payments. I’ve emailed support. Again still haven’t heard anything back from them. So I’m dropping it to 1 ⭐️. Cause now I’m owed 2 payments. We’ll see if I ever get. I doubt I do. Update again: HAHAHA I’m still waiting on a payment from September!!! WOW. But I was able to do 2 more surveys. We’ll see if I ever get my $3 hahaha Another update: I got paid for two recent surveys I did. But still have not received the one for September. Do NOT waste your time with this app cause you will not get paid. ### 1/5 — Used to be amazing *2026-02-22* I’ve had this app for a while and it used to be amazing I ended up deleting it and redownloading it. Well I did three surveys and it’s been almost three days still no payment. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-12-06* I have tried n tried n tried to get help, I can’t claim payments from several previous survey, I can’t take the surveys but it won’t let me have my money. So I’m giving a bad rating until I can get some help with my account ### 2/5 — Inconvenient *2025-05-28* I saw this app on a social media site and it sounded good. The whole thing is inaccessible to me. It was hard to upload my state ID, take a selfie and to see if after I completed surveys the payments went through. ### 5/5 — Easy Money with DXJ *2025-04-19* This app pays one dollar per survey. The surveys are about 8 to 10 questions and very simple less than one minute to do. You do have to have Venmo. To get paid. They unlock surveys every 5 to 7 days and when they unlock them, they usually unlock two or three surveys. It’s about Health research and it’s pretty important. That’s why you’re getting paid. They have paid me everything they owed me. In the beginning, the pay was slow, but they have now speeded up the process and you get paid within 48 hours.
