### 1/5 — Currently unusable and customer support not helping

Used to be great and now it can’t find 90% of my patients despite all of them being in our linked EMR. It worked well until the update and now it’s completely useless and when I’ve called support they have recommended erasing it and re-downloading, which I’ve done, and otherwise have no suggestions. The problem is doing so hasn’t fixed my app and now I’m unable to send erx for the vast majority of my patients from my phone.

I think the program is great and follows the desktop/laptop version to a tee. I'm still trying to figure out if RX's can print from this.  I don't like that you have to re-input your signatures after each log-in.  Otherwise, I'm thrilled with it.
