それにもかかわらず、近頃福田歩汰のコミューンの通知が届かない状態が続いています。

早急に原因を確認し、改善してください。

2回再インストール、iosアップデート、リフレッシュやトーク履歴復元してもチャットルームに入るとなんにも表示されません。新しいメッセージが届くと通知は来るし、コミューン画面でも見えますがチャットルーム入るとblankです。メッセージ送ろうとするとエラーです。
通信速度は問題ないはずです。お金払ったのに改善されない、返事もないのちょっと悲しいですね。
