### 1/5 — Dx tracking

*2026-03-30*

App is full of adverts and games - makes it completely unusable, deleted.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-08-14*

Just one big advert for ages after putting in your tracking number and post code then as a reward just a blank white screen no tracking information at all. Total waste of time.

### 1/5 — Worst tracking app ever made!

*2026-08-12*

This tracking app is completely useless
It’s bad enough that it gives you no information other than your package is out for delivery at 8am but the constant bombardment of ads is unnecessary and infuriating
It doesn’t even deserve 1 star

### 1/5 — Advert App

*2026-07-28*

Basically you do not get to track you delivery. Just subjected to an ad that you can’t leave at the end once it’s finished. Truly awful app. DX should be ashamed.

### 1/5 — Ads. Seriously?

*2026-07-28*

Whoever decided it was a good idea to put ads in a parcel tracking app should be fired. As per other reviews it takes longer to watch an ad than it does to track a delivery. The service is already paid for by the sender so why should the intended recipient need to suffer the ads? Money grabbing actions like this do nothing but damage a company’s reputation.

### 1/5 — Just an Advert delivery platform

*2026-06-17*

Use the DX website instead

### 1/5 — Not fit for purpose

*2026-04-22*

I tried this app to track a parcel, all I got was a VPN advert. I couldn’t progress any further. I tried for 20 minutes and gave up.

### 1/5 — No good

*2026-04-20*

Downloaded this app as the web link in the text I received offers options to redirect or delay delivery but doesn’t work, thought the app might. No such luck; just tracks and says where the parcel is, which I know already. I’ll just have to hope it doesn’t arrive when I’m out.

### 1/5 — Fake App

*2026-04-16*

This is a fake app. Tracking doesn't work, it's just trying to sell an adblocker

### 1/5 — Instead of making parcel tracking easier, this company makes it more frustrating than it needs to be

*2026-04-14*

This is the only tracking app I’ve come across that thinks it’s acceptable to play adverts while people are just trying to track a parcel. It’s ridiculous, especially when you’re already waiting for an important delivery update.
Tracking a parcel should take seconds, not longer because you’re forced to sit through adverts first. They’re making money from a service that should simply work properly in the first place. Instead of improving the app and bringing the basic features up to standard, they seem more interested in being paid to run adverts.
You can’t track the driver on a map like you can with other delivery companies, or easily manage your delivery either. There’s no option to update your account, log in, say if you’ll be out, choose a neighbour, add disability information, or use any of the other basic features that most delivery companies now offer as standard.
The whole service feels behind the times and far less useful than other tracking companies. It makes the entire process more frustrating than it needs to be.
I genuinely can’t believe I spend more time watching an advert than I do actually tracking my parcel.

### 1/5 — Don’t bother

*2026-04-08*

This is an ad laden rubbish app. Give it a miss!
