It will not display any of the labs in Ottawa or surrounding areas. ### 1/5 — No Ontario sites‽? *2026-05-23* For some reason the Ontario sites no longer show. ### 1/5 — Misleading for Manitoba users *2026-05-23* The app is misleading for Manitoba users. I used it successfully only a few weeks ago, then suddenly no Winnipeg labs appeared anymore, while labs in places like Toronto still showed up. There was no message explaining that Manitoba locations were no longer supported in the app, so it looked like a bug or a location-permission issue. I checked Dynacare’s website, but the new check-in/booking process was not clear enough. When I went to the lab, the wait time I had seen was about 6 minutes, but by the time I arrived it was 44 minutes. The lab also still had posters telling patients to use the Net Check-In app. If Dynacare has moved Manitoba to a different system, the app should clearly say that. Leaving the app active while silently removing Winnipeg locations creates unnecessary confusion for patients. ### 1/5 — GPS sync doesn’t work.
