I did bloodwork over a week ago and the results are not posted. I call and nobody picks up. I’m not impressed with the customer service. ### 1/5 — Not Showing Ontario Locations *2026-05-12, version 2.3.12* The app has worked well until today. Today I decided to book a bloodwork appointment but the locations showing are all Ontario and Montreal. I live in Winnipeg Manitoba and there are no Dynacare locations showing on the app which I find weird. Now I can’t book an appointment since the app is the only way to do that. The app says all locations here are closed. It will not display any of the labs in Ottawa or surrounding areas. ### 1/5 — No Ontario sites‽? *2026-05-23* For some reason the Ontario sites no longer show. ### 1/5 — Misleading for Manitoba users *2026-05-23* The app is misleading for Manitoba users. I used it successfully only a few weeks ago, then suddenly no Winnipeg labs appeared anymore, while labs in places like Toronto still showed up. There was no message explaining that Manitoba locations were no longer supported in the app, so it looked like a bug or a location-permission issue. I checked Dynacare’s website, but the new check-in/booking process was not clear enough. When I went to the lab, the wait time I had seen was about 6 minutes, but by the time I arrived it was 44 minutes. The lab also still had posters telling patients to use the Net Check-In app. If Dynacare has moved Manitoba to a different system, the app should clearly say that. Leaving the app active while silently removing Winnipeg locations creates unnecessary confusion for patients. ### 1/5 — GPS sync doesn’t work. It always seems to be the older people waiting in line for their blood work. Yes they have the time, but still there is so many more things you could be doing.
