The app hasn’t been updated in over a year so you’re paying an annual fee for a broken app that seems to have been abandoned. Also my latest lab results aren’t even available so the app seems to be useless. ### 1/5 — Dynacare *2026-01-08, version 2.1.0* I can’t even give this a star. unfortunately I have to give it a star just to give the reply. The app and website is fraught with bugs and “your call is important to us” every 30 seconds for 40 mins reinforces just how “important” I am. No information ever shows up on my page and when I fill out THE ONLY 4 FIELDS ON THE CONTACT IS PAGE, it says “Oops, please fill out form correctly”. What a waste of time. I was in auto-renewal and somehow that was removed. The steps they provide, the options aren’t available on the app! I finally received a link after the membership expired - still won’t work. I tried to send a message under the chat options, message won’t send.
