I put in two inquiries with support now and no response to either of them. Can’t even get help for what I paid for. The app hasn’t been updated in over a year so you’re paying an annual fee for a broken app that seems to have been abandoned. I was in auto-renewal and somehow that was removed. The steps they provide, the options aren’t available on the app! I finally received a link after the membership expired - still won’t work. I tried to send a message under the chat options, message won’t send. I am so happy the receptionist recommended me this option to see my own results and don’t have to wait for the doctors to call me. There are many Dynacare locations. If you get to the labs earlier in the morning by the evening you could get your results even before your general practitioner. It’s easy to log in. Such a small amount for the whole year. Their app is fast and very easy to use. I would totally recommend everyone to get this service. ### 2/5 — Not functioning *2025-01-17, version 2.0.6* App will not open. Dynacare staff are amazing but this app is not. Why do I have to wait 24 hours to get a PDF report for my test result that has been on the app for a few months. Why not preparing the PDF result from the day one.? For a paid app like this customer is expecting a better service. I recommend fixing this PDF report issue as soon as possible. ### 2/5 — Membership required just to get lab results *2019-10-17* Not happy that I have to pay just to see my lab results. I’m sure the app has other wonderful features but all I want is my results. You can get free results with Lifelabs.
