## What is Dynaco Passport Home?

Your car has a maintenance schedule. Your house doesn't.

Dynaco Passport Home gives you one number for how healthy your home actually is — your Passport Score, 0 to 100 — and then tells you what to do about it. Set your home up once in about ten minutes, and the app watches it from there.

It was built by Dynaco Testing, a veteran-owned building commissioning firm that tests and verifies building enclosures on some of America's most critical projects: EV battery plants, data centers, hospitals. More than 16 million square feet of them, across $10B+ in construction. Passport Home applies that same framework to the most important building you will ever own.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• Passport Score — a single 0–100 rating of your home's condition, with the reasoning behind it
• System tracking — roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, foundation and exterior, each with install dates, warranties, contractors, photos and service history
• Risk analysis — which systems are most likely to need attention in the next 12 months, weighing age, materials, local climate and maintenance history
• Maintenance prompts — the right task, on the right system, at the right time of year
• Document vault — warranties, receipts, permits and inspection reports, organized and searchable when you sell, refinance or file a claim
• Alerts that matter — severe-weather warnings for your address, safety recalls matched to the appliance models you track, and a 60-day heads-up before a tracked warranty expires
• Photo capture — snap an equipment data plate or a document and the app reads it and fills in the details for you
• Share with your household, or hand the whole record over when you sell

NO INSPECTOR REQUIRED

You report what you know. Every question has an "I don't know" option — the app works with what you give it, flags what's missing, and shows a confidence level alongside your score. You fill in the gaps over time.

WORKS FOR

Single-family homes, townhouses and condos. The scoring adapts to the systems you actually control, so condo owners track their interior systems and single-family owners get the full stack.

YOUR DATA

Your home data is yours. We use anonymized aggregates to improve our scoring models, but individual home data is never sold to insurers, real-estate platforms or third parties without your explicit permission. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.
