## What is DynaCore® Fitness?

Welcome to the DynaCore® Fitness Training App — our first release, V1.0.0.

Train your core with real-time feedback from your phone's motion sensors. 40 exercises across nine fitness levels, guided plans, and a Sandbox for building your own routines.

Then test your core muscle control in the Sky Guardian Academy game: ten levels of flight training you fly with the trainer itself. Fitness first, but with fun thrown in.

Track personal records set by set, earn badges, and keep your good-habit workout streak alive.

All your personal fitness data stays on your device.

This app is designed exclusively for iPhone and to be used with the DynaCore® fitness trainer. The core trainer does not accommodate tablets, and the app is distributed as iPhone-only.
