It can be tricky to find what we want some times unlike web console. But the service amazing. Great prices and wide range of options. Deducting 1 ⭐ for poor UX. ### 2/5 — Terrible navigation *2025-04-06* I don’t understand why the list of domains that I currently own seems to be hidden. Why isn’t that front and center or at least one of the buttons on the hamburger menu? Do you just not want your customers to see their domains? ### 2/5 — Good idea but not satisfied *2025-01-04* It’s been over 20 days of 30 they contacted the owner of registered domain twice. It gets annoying when your domain search words is replaced. I wish you could let me manage my domains more easily instead of hawking your auctions. Also, when I click on open orders the app crashes. I updated my iPhone 13 mini but still is the same. Is there any solution for it? ### 3/5 — official Dynadot app *2022-08-23* I really like Dynadot, and I have almost 30 domains with them, but this app is not great. This is not an iPad native app. This is a portrait iPhone app that’s enlarged. And you have to run it in portrait on iPad! That’s not a good thing. I would like to see a native app that runs in landscape also. The other thing that I don’t like about this app is the navigation is poor. The only way to view your domain list is to open the hamburger menu and click on the icon next to your name.That brings you into the normal manage domains menu you see on the website. How hard would it be to just put a menu option that says manage domains? Or manage account? This is poor design all around. **Developer response:** Hello, we are sorry to bring you a bad experience. We have launched the tablet terminal for users. You can try it if you think the screen is too small on your phone. ### 1/5 — STAY AWAY!! *2022-06-20, version 2.5.2* Dynasht is the worst domain registrar! They have non existent customer support. The reps on the email are very rude and will harass you for your own funds! They will create artificial delays of about 10-15 days to execute an order and you have no way to cancel or get your money back as well. The entire company consists of 6 people so do not expect any rapid response or actions! The customer support is also full of nonces out of their depths and it is just as good a banging your head against some wall!! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MENTAL PEACE FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR TENURE AS THEIR CUSTOMER!! Please stop this company! ### 2/5 — PayPal checkout is a hot mess *2021-10-13, version 2.4.0* Hard to believe this app has been tested much as the whole checkout process is pretty much broken. Whether it’s because I’m paying on GBP or a general PayPal integration problem, I don’t know but it’s always a pain to get through the checkout.
