NO MORE CHASING TIME SHEETS OR PHYSICIANS! The Dynafios APP is an innovative solution that provides physicians an easy way to capture activities associated with directorships, on-call, teaching or other hospital arrangements that require payment for services. The Dynafios APP is an easy-to-use mobile system which can be accessed from any device by a physician to easily enter time and activity specific to their arrangement. With just a few clicks they can electronically send to a secure database time for activities throughout the month without the need to fill in paper time logs. From this database the hospital will receive automated alerts for approvals and the details needed to submit for timely payment. Once the physicians have submitted their time and approvals have been made there are interactive dashboards and reporting designed to give administrative personnel key information, they need to ensure payments are within FMV and reflect the terms of the contractual agreement. Like other reviewers, I’ve found it difficult, time consuming, and non-intuitive to use. I always run into bugs with the program. For example, the app currently states that an update is available. But when I click on “Update,” it opens the App Store, then when I click on “Open,” anticipating the update to start, it just switches back to the Dynafios app, where I click “Update” again, and the whole thing just repeats. It’s been like this for weeks. And all of this is considering how basic of a function the app actually provides. It’s essentially a calendar where the user enters a number (hours worked) for days out of the month, then hits “submit.” That’s it. Why is that so hard for this app to capture? Amateur coding and disinterested ownership is the only explanation that makes any sense at this point. Any hospital considering this app should stay away. This app was mandated by hospital administration. I am a busy cardiologist and entering working hours into this app is a pain in the neck. It is buggy and crashes frequently. Customer support says they are aware of the issue but unable to fix it. They gave me a work-around that at least makes it usable. The administrator I work with is also very unhappy and says that she gets complaints on a daily basis. ### 1/5 — Truly horrible App *2022-12-24* This app is purely frustrating. There are many issues that need to be addressed. It’s not user friendly and neither is it intuitive.Also, if the drop down “call coverage” section text is too long then “🔻” (downward arrow) goes off the screen and you can no longer change the contract or time option. I don’t understand why our hospital is using such a disappointing app. I’d encourage your hospital to not use this as well. ### 1/5 — Poor design, worse execution *2022-11-01* This app is completely frustrating and excruciatingly painful to fill in multiple pages of information when taking call at multiple hospitals and having to repetitively enter the same information over and over and over again, frequently doesn’t work, assigns the work to the wrong physician and won’t allow me to input work I’ve actually done.
