Broken useless app
Would not work at all on my new iPhone with ios 17, nor my android phone. Finally got it working on my old iPhone with iOS 14. It fails to ask for local network permissions on newer phones which makes it impossible to use. Good thing I eventually tried it on the old phone which worked right away. 3 stars because it works well on that phone.
Edit: after I got it working that one time it stopped ever working again, it’s back to being 1 star. Extremely poorly coded and utterly broken, is completely incapable of finding its own router on any of my phones. Finally gave up and deleted it.

App doesn’t work
After setting up Router, the app then says “checking” and then errors out.
Doesn’t Work
Didn’t install router. Fifteen minutes on the phone with customer service didn’t help. Cannot uninstall app. Icon disappeared but App Store still shows it installed. I can still open it from App Store!
App needs more control
I love the router. Wish they had a mesh option. The app should have the ability to test - and automate testing - or the internet. That way you can keep an eye on your ISP Provider and make sure you’re getting the speeds you want/need.
