Previously I had great control over lighting and A/C. Now it is impossible to tell which points and units are switched on or off, as the app cycles through each unit and changes its status automatically

Latest update has caused problems with turning lights and fountains on and off, I'm unable to control it. Pages and buttons disappear when using the app. Needs urgent fixing.

After this upgrade, the system is acting funny, its randomly switching between presets and has stopped showing me the devices in the room. I can only see the devices after selecting a preset but cant change their state (on / off) and then the software automatically selects some other pre set randomly.

Obviously pushed an untested update and broken the service. If you can avoid Philips Dynalite, do so. Get another Dali gateway product that let you manage your lighting without expensive overhead.

Worst app ever! Works 1 out of 100 attempts. Simply won’t connect yet my WIFI strength is impeccable. Can’t understand why such a large organization can’t get it right. Please fix!!!!

Sadly a major step backwards for an app that worked so well in earlier versions. The slide buttons take on a life of their own and continually slide back and forth (on & off) in what appears a random sequence UPDATE 3 days later, managed to recover previous version from another device but had to disable auto updates across all devices and platforms.........
Update May 2017, latest version appears to resolve the bug issues but was a long time in coming

This update has fixed the incredibly slow load times of areas areas and controls from the previous update 👍🏻

There is still UX issue when adding a project that there is no feedback that it has been added successfully. I have however since learnt, that just tapping ‘back’ will show you it’s been added to the projects view. Minor issue naturally but would be nice for this to be improved. It would also be nice to be able to edit the icons rather than the app applying a default, as this doesn’t work for all scenarios.

Remote access still only working via wifi and not recognising the mobile data connection. When in an area with multiple presets app continues to poll the area causing flakey unstable use.
