The exercises and stretches are well balanced, and have clearly helped me on the golf course and in the office. I mentioned Office because much of what I do is sitting. My posture is better and I’m feeling muscles looseness I haven’t in quite some time. It’s definitely helped my golf swing as my motions are more fluid. Consistency is the key with this program.

This program stretches parts of your body that don’t normally get stretched that are needed for Golf and does it in short time commit commitments that make a huge impact on my swing. I’ve been doing it for a couple of months now and find I swing more freely and turn much better.

This is a great exercise app! Reasonably priced, it is affordable with great clear instructions. Even if you don’t play golf, it’s a well rounded exercise program for all ages. I’m nearly mid 60’s, started out reasonably fit with a history of some yoga and Pilates but as a golfer, I wanted to be stronger to improve my golf and avoid injuries so this app was the perfect addition to my weekly fitness schedule. I don’t like gyms and prefer to do my workout when it suits me and when I have time so I love this app!
