### 5/5 — Great app

Love the short but powerful workouts. Easy to stack them with a variety of focus exercises to target specific areas.

### 5/5 — Awesome app!

*2026-04-28, version 1.360.5*

I’ve been using this app for almost a year now. Keeps me on track with stretching after every run, something I just don’t do if not guided through it. Easy to use, love the length of the workouts.

### 5/5 — Inspiring and clever

### 5/5 — A must for any runner!

*2026-04-17, version 1.360.5*

Daily mobility and strength- A must for any runner!

### 5/5 — Great tool

*2026-04-06, version 1.360.5*

I love this app for keeping my mobility as I’m getting older. It’s great to have these little routines, timed segments, that only take a small piece of my day. And they always seem to be perfect combinations to release things just right!

Maybe a year later now:
I’m a runner in Victoria BC. I started using the program about two years ago and I’m only up to month 6 on the mobility program, but it’s still worth every penny.
I’ve used some of the rehab programs too.
The programs seem to have the right balance to fit into a 16-18 minute routine, and creates enough momentum in your body to feel better afterwards.
You get a lot of good guidance for a very reasonable price!

### 5/5 — Incredible value!

*2026-03-24, version 1.360.5*

I heard about Dynamic Runner through a sports dietician I’d been working with and decided that it might be a good way to keep me accountable for the mobility work I always say I’m going to start (and rarely make time to do) during a training cycle. Not only has it been a wonderful mobility resource, but also there are so many great programs available and some month-long challenges that are super fun to do along with a group! Highly recommend adding this as a tool for longevity in your sport!

### 5/5 — Super easy and helpful

*2026-03-21, version 1.360.5*

Great variety of warm ups , short and long, perfect for easy use and reducing aches and injuries. Haven’t tried the strength training but I will

### 5/5 — Stronger runs, better recovery and injury free

*2026-03-20, version 1.360.5*

I credit my daily Dynamic Runner session with keeping me out of the physio last year while training for two half’s and a Hyrox. The routines are super easy to follow, and at 20 minutes or less, conveniently fit into my day, which has helped to build a great stretching and mobility habit. I’m enjoying stronger runs and better recovery!

### 5/5 — Great for all ages!

*2026-03-17, version 1.360.5*

I’ve been doing Dynamic Runner flexibility and strength workouts for 6 weeks now. I’m impressed that the workouts are challenging but achievable for me, a runner in my early 50s. I’m very inflexible in my hamstrings, but I’m noticing a real improvement, which benefits me in everyday life as well as my running.

### 5/5 — Great little app

*2026-03-15, version 1.360.5*

As someone who is just trying to keep being active without injury, I’m really enjoying using this app. So many useful videos and great explanations. The best thing? They’re usually less than 20 minutes, which is very easily fit into my schedule. I’m very pleased overall with the results I am getting. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2026-03-14, version 1.360.5*

I started a running streak in December and was having terrible pains in my hips and knees. I started using this app and noticed a tremendous difference. My pain has subsided and I’ve been able to keep up my streak.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-03-04, version 1.360.5*

I’m not a serious runner at all but I try to keep fit. At 51 I was starting to think that reducing mobility was just a fact of life, but this app has made a huge difference. Very strongly recommended. And to the team behind it, thank you for giving me my fitness back.

### 5/5 — Loving It!

*2026-02-26, version 1.360.5*

Been using DR and/or Dynamic Triathlete for over 1 year. Has really helped my running. Use it 6 days out of 7. Consistency is the key. 👍🏃🏽‍♂️💪☕️👣

### 5/5 — Easy. Motivating, and Impactful

*2026-02-19, version 1.360.5*

I’ve been using this app on and off for several years. It’s kept me limber and injury free. I recommend it to others.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2026-02-18, version 1.360.5*

I’ve been using dynamic runner for over a year, on and off. And recently decided that I need it ALL the time so bought it for the year. Love the short length of the sessions and the rehab sessions have helped me come back from injury. Thank you and keep going please!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Videos don’t load

*2025-12-27, version 1.360.5*

I purchased a subscription and immediately had to cancel because the videos don’t load. I did all the things - sign in and out, uninstall and reinstall, restart the phone. Videos never process making the app unusable. Bummer.

### 1/5 — Impossible to cancel

*2025-04-22, version 1.330.2*

So uncool. Their instructions to cancel are bogus and they make it SO hard to cancel after the trail period. REALLY BAD. Avoid

### 1/5 — Requires calling by phone to cancel. Beware.

*2023-12-16, version 1.214.3*

Signed up for 7 day trial. Used for a month. Tried cancelling through apple and it does t show up. Requires multiple steps and logging in onlin, sending email, and callling. Shady.

### 2/5 — Could not login

*2025-01-18, version 1.330.2*

Sounds like a good app but you made it too hard to log in, could create an account to log in and would recognise me!

### 2/5 — Chromecast doesn’t work

*2023-12-10, version 1.214.3*

Seems like a good app and good service, however the app is glitchy and the chromecast function doesn’t work. Never had this issue with any other apps - without this service it’s virtually useless for me as I like to be able to follow along whilst it’s on my tv. A shame as would have been a good idea otherwise.

### 3/5 — No new videos, needs work

*2025-09-28, version 1.360.5*

I really loved this app, I used it for over a year but there are a few things that they really need to work on. First- there hasn’t been much new material posted, the editing needs work- on quite a few videos the same exercise is repeated, the advanced exercises are not really advanced, some of the “experts” they engage have some bogus degrees like “doctors in holistic something or other”... I just cancelled my prescription, I am now in search of an app that puts in an honest effort.

### 3/5 — A bit slow but good if you’re healthy

*2024-08-16, version 1.320.2*

I used this for a few months and liked the 15min exercises, easy to fit into my day. It progressed a little too slowly for me so I lost a bit of motivation to continue. Also, I have significant degeneration in my lower spine and sadly it looks like I’ll never run again in any case. This App is probably better for those who are already in reasonable health.

### 3/5 — Good app for beginner strength trainers

*2024-05-24, version 1.320.2*

I think this app is great for the typical runner, who usually neglects strength training, stretching, warm ups and foam rolling. I came to running as someone with a solid strength training practice, so I’ve personally been disappointed. Even the advanced workouts are too beginner and only work for me as a rest/recovery day routine. I had a tendon injury and didn’t find the knee rehab program helpful. I wish there was more advanced content and that the app support team had been more responsive when I provided that feedback. But if you are looking to start strength training and to build strong habits around your running base, start here.

### 3/5 — Loved it until the most recent update

*2024-05-23*

Loved this app until the most recent update. Getting it into landscape view is super glitchy and will only allow it in full screen while watching videos. Videos stopped auto-marking themselves as complete and now I either have to do it myself or restart the app and then sometimes it’s marked as complete. Otherwise, great content. Just unfortunate it went backwards in usability.

### 4/5 — Great mobility

*2026-08-20, version 1.3100.7*

Well organized program that only takes 15 ish minutes a day.

Great App - Essential part of my training routine.

### 5/5 — The best app

*2026-08-16, version 1.3100.7*

I’m a 69 year old trail runner and every now and then either my hamstrings or my IT band get painful. Using the daily workout has helped so much plus the addition of strength training is great. I saw results in a few days!! Try it!!!

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2026-08-13, version 1.3100.7*

I got Dynamic Runner after an injury during a marathon. That was about two years ago now, and I don’t think I would have had the injury if I had used the app first. It does such a great job at thoroughly strength, training and preparing your body for running.

### 5/5 — Great stretching

*2026-08-03, version 1.3100.7*

Love these stretches and workouts!

### 5/5 — Fantastic content

### 5/5 — Excellent program!

*2026-07-28, version 1.360.5*

Clear, effective routines. Helped strengthen post back injury and the consistency of the programming has helped improve performance and prevent injury.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-07-28, version 1.360.5*

As someone who has been running for over 20 years, I’ve dealt with my fair share of injuries and have tried just about everything to stay healthy. The Dynamic Runner app has been a game changer. What I love most is that it focuses on stretching and strengthening muscles I never would have associated with running, which has made a noticeable difference in how my body feels.

Another huge plus is that the daily routines are short and manageable—about 15 minutes—making it easy to stay consistent even on busy days. Coach Alisa is fantastic. She’s thorough, easy to follow, and does a great job explaining each exercise and why it matters.

If you’re a runner looking to stay healthy, prevent injuries, or improve your mobility, I highly recommend giving the Dynamic Runner app a try.
