This app is for athletes who want to condition their body by warming up dynamically to maximize their athletic performance.  It has been proven that warming up dynamically is essential if you want to compete at a high level. By dynamically stretching you will increase your speed, strength and flexibility. Additionally, you will be less likely you get injured.

In addition to your weekly workouts, try out Fitivity BEATS!  Beats is a highly engaging exercise experience that combines mixes by DJ's and super motivating trainers to push you through workouts.
