Just like everyone else I can’t get logged in on the app. I’ve been having troubles with accessing my homework and textbook on my laptop too. Pearson is not the company to use.

Was excited to be able to study on the go. Went through a module and clicked on all the answers as i went though. got to the end and it says i never answered any of them. There is no way to click the answer circle. it only puts a large box around the whole answer. 
Please address this, i wish you luck.

I have been using this app for various classes since the fall of 2018 without issue. However, as of September 2020, all I get now is an error message every time I try to use the app. This is frustrating as I liked to use the app to study on the go. I cannot always have my laptop or tablet in front of me. I had hoped there would be a quick fix, but that does not seem to be happening. When the app worked I found it extremely beneficial when I was studying.

I went to use this app and it just stopped working. I am able to log in, and get to the section of questions that I would like to work on. But when you go to start the questions, a message pops up that says “error. Could not load the question page. Please try again”

Well. I have tried for days and still not working. Even though this app wasn’t ever the greatest it used to be convenient. But now it’s not even worth keeping. I wish it would have gotten better but it has just gotten worse.

Did not have the issue logging in as many seem to have had as I followed the instructions, but I still have no reason to use this app over just using my phone's web browser to use the dynamic study modules. No images will load with the questions to it is impossible to answer many questions, and there is no way to submit an answer with only one option marked as "unsure." 
For the time being, I have no reason to continue using this app.

This app is a great way for me to study during leisurely time or on the go! However I keep having an issue where I’m asked to identify something in a picture that never loads or shows up. I’ve tried used different internet connections, as well as using cellular data - still nothing. Being able to identify things is a huge part of A&P, so I feel like I am missing a valuable aspect.

This app needs a serious update...it hasn’t been updated since 2 years ago.  All of the other apps on my iPhone have been updated every month or so, even the Pearson eText app, which I updated a minute ago.  There are some flaws... I do agree with the person in the first review...the scrolling title is very distracting..and needs to go.  I also have been getting an error message about my login..unfortunately don’t remember what it specifically said.  Other than that, very useful tool for on the go studying for a busy college student.

Everything was fine about this app except that it would try to quiz me on labeling anatomical structures with questions like “What is Label A pointing to?” when I could see no picture whatsoever and definitely no letter A pointing to anything at all. For a while I just kept clicking “I don’t know yet” but it just got annoying and I really did want to be learning what they were at least TRYING to ask me. I’d download it again for sure if they just fixed that.

You’d think that with the VERY large amount of government funding Pearson has received ($350 million) in addition to the astronomical prices of their books that they would be able to have apps that actually work! However, they do not. This app in particular continually quits when trying to access it rendering it completely useless! Their other apps require you to delete and then reinstall them at every use! 

Get it together, Pearson! As of now, you’re apps are crap.

For the most part, I’ve only had minor problems with the app. When doing the modules, no due dates from my teacher are shown so I don’t know which ones to do first. They only show when you use the website. Pictures that are part of questions don’t load 90% of the time. So I really have to get the question wrong and memorize the answer.

The concept and app design are or would be great for learning the text.  Unfortunately, I couldn’t answer any questions it asked involving an image or diagram since the images were always missing.  I hope the designers are able to get it functioning correctly soon.  I have an iPhone XR with iOS 13.3 in case that’s helpful.  I’m trying to learn anatomy so there are lots of picture questions.

This app could be SO helpful. The practice questions and explanations are great, and the content is broken down into perfect, bitesize modules.  The problem - about 30% of the graphics don’t work. Where there is supposed to be a picture, there is a blank box. “Indicate the object letter A is pointing to” is impossible to answer with no image to go along with it. Pearson, you haven’t updated this app in two years... please fix these bugs!

Highly disappointed in the amount of money Pearson charges for these services but won’t develop an app that works properly. I would definitely choose Cengage over Pearson any day, unfortunately we do not have the opportunity as students to select what service we would prefer. It is very inconvenient that I am not able to check my assignments through the mobile app for any of my Pearson courses because it will not allow me to log in (I can only log in through a pc)despite numerous password resets. I would rate the app 0 stars if possible.

I downloaded the app because I’m having computer issues, and hoped to continue my course work. As other stated, the log in didn’t work. I tried my Pearson login, and canvas log in. In addition, I already saw it was going to be a lost cause when the log in screen popped up at the size of a phone screen. Clearly no effort is being placed on making a functional app as can be ascertained by the other dismal reviews. 

At this point Pearson should just remove the app to avoid wasting people’s time and raising their hopes that this is an alternative.

It doesn’t show images on review questions, you can only see answers. This causes you to get the question wrong(unless you take a lucky guess) and you don’t have ability to move on from that question so you continue to review and get the same (invisible) image. Also CONSTANTLY logs me out.  Have to close out the app, open it again, answer a few questions until I logs me out again and repeat. After paying $250 for a textbook from this publisher, I would expect their study tools to be a little more kept up! So sad!!

I wish this app could actually work properly. I always have issues logging in. I have a class that I have to do homework on my lab and mastering and it for some reason won’t appear on the app but it appears on the website . Not only that, but none of the work I do on the app gets saved. I spent a good two hours doing homework just to find out I had to redo it all again because it appears completed on the app but not on the website.

I’ve found this app to be extremely helpful and convenient. However, my one complaint is that when being quizzed on an image, where I must choose an answer based on the the letter being associated with a tissue, organ, etc, the image doesn’t display, which is super annoying. An update to fix this problem for folks that have newer phones would be awesome. I have an iPhone XS.

The concept is great as a study resource for people on the go. The current design is not mobile and/or tablet friendly. It is not customizable to user preferences and has a number of bugs that prevent users from being able to utilize it efficiently and effectively. The company needs to return to the drawing board to better design the app and really think about its users and take the feedback being provided in these reviews.

I was excited to use this app but I can’t even get passed the login screen. I am 100% certain that my credentials are correct because I’m sitting in front of my computer logged into Pearson with the same credentials.

When I click on the Learn, Review or Refresh buttons it takes me to a blank page. I tried on two different phone and my iPad and it’s the same on each, so definitely an issue in their end. Constant problems with Pearson, I wish my school didn’t use their programs.

If they actually cared about learning they hey would fix the app. This app is so awesome when it works. But it never works. If you enlarge an image you can’t then go back to normal size. If you try and refresh a module after mastering and get out before completing it, you then get switched to review mode and cannot get back to refresh mode. Pearson could easily fix this if they cared.

I really like being able to continue studying while I'm out and about. Waiting for appointments, on the train or while having coffee, my chapter is always available. I feel like I'm not sacrificing my studying while still living my life.

Not sure about all the other reviews. Maybe the app did not work in the pst or people were not familiar with their login information but the app works fine and I encourage everyone else to give the app a try again if still in anatomy courses or if you still have access. I love the app and it even continued from where I left off on my computer!

Everyone is saying it doesn't work on their phone but in order for it to work on your phone you have to access it at least 1 time on the computer through your course before it lets you login on the app. It states that in the description part of the app!

So I've used this a lot already, and like many others, I eagerly updated not too long ago, but to my dismay, it didn't let me log in! Well, I decided to delete the app and Re-download it and see if it would work then—cause I really need this app for A&P II this semester and I wasn't ready to give up completely on this app just yet—and once I did that, it worked, I was able to log in, and access my DS modules for my class.  So to all of you who had the same problem:  delete and reinstall it.

Unable to log in. Tech support was not able to resolve my issue. When I called. 

I deleted the app and reinstalled and it worked fine. I really have enjoyed using this app. So I'm changing my review to a five now that I can log in again.

This app is very convenient and easy to use. What I absolutely love most is that the questions are never the same. At some point they become repetitive but repetition helps you learn. I also like how "I don't know yet" is an option and how you could pick possibly two answers. At the end, it gives the answers, explanations, and diagrams right out the book.

I pull up my book, and each chapter has multiple choice quizzes.  Every time I don't know an answer or get the answer wrong there is an explanation. You can take the same quizzes over and over and the questions even change every time, so it really helps me study for my tests.

Love this app!! Helps review for exams. It explains the answers in ways I can understand. It includes pictures and diagrams and key terms. It makes sure you understand why you got the problem wrong and will keep asking you til you get the answer right twice (master a question) each section has great questions. I use this for every chapter. I can study while I wait for class to start or when I don't have my computer handy. Love love love it. I tell all my classmates to download this app.
