That should be illegal 🙄 also they said it was a FREE app but when I downloaded it it wanted $13 ?! I call my insurance and they said it wasn’t them. So basically it’s always on . Motion is enabled and fitness is enabled but doesn’t have singular option for motion and fitness. App needs to go back to previous version, where it didn’t need this. ### 3/5 — Good but *2026-05-19, version Release 2026-05-06 Version 66 (3.3.0)* The app is good but lately, every week my trips are being removed. ### 1/5 — Mistakes involving driver vs passenger designation *2026-05-01* This app is unbelievably inaccurate and has tagged me as the driver in many instances where I’m the passenger. Both my husband and I have been unsuccessful in changing the designations and talking to the company is useless, they are no help in correcting the mistakes. This is a very flawed app and its inaccuracy is disappointing to say the least. If I turn my phone to airplane mode when I’m not driving to avoid the hassle of being tagged as the driver it would be a big inconvenience. I shouldn’t have to do that. Fix the app please. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing frustration with passenger and driver designations. The app does determine if you are a passenger or driver, but if there is an incorrect detection in a trip you can edit trips afterward. Customer service can walk you through the steps. Please contact customer service at the phone number listed on your policy so they can assist and, if needed, open a support ticket. ### 1/5 — Not tracking my driving *2026-04-30, version Release 2026-04-15 Version 60 (3.2.0)* The app is not tracking my driving which defeats the purpose of it running in the background. This needs to be fixed. ### 3/5 — It works ok but needs improvement *2026-04-16* The app works ok in terms of functions, but their grading/detection should be improved. First of all, it’s annoying to have grades based on time of driving, or at least they could give that a lower weight. And they don’t specify what’s the “optimal time for driving”. Secondly, their phone use detection is TOO sensitive. I live in a gated neighborhood and require phone to open the gate. Sometimes the app will report phone use when I’m just trying to open the gate. Also, when I go to a restaurant/shop to pick up an online order, and check the order status after parking the car, it will also sometimes report the phone use as well. Maybe they should make it less sensitive, especially when I’m not on a public road. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the phone‑use detection.
