It doesn’t work offline! Good luck uploading 100’s of photos because you’ll be onsite for over a week.. if you’re lucky to have signal. Plus everytime you go to another tab you either crash or go back to where you started… by the way who why would you have the only option to upload photos 1 at a time? That’s bloody diabolical! It’s 2025 there’s many other apps out there which will let you upload all your photos at once so you don’t forget where you are halfway through.. ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-11-20* Unstable, difficult to navigate, many of the most used features for technicians are hidden in random menus or pages. Screen jumps between pages randomly. Screen flickers in certain tasks. Once a booking is saved or completed it will change your hours multiple times until it finally gets it correct. The graph on time cards hasn’t worked in weeks. If a booking is completed but then canceled the hours will still appear on the entry page in time cards . This app is absolutely terrible . For subsistence on the time card entries you have to save it twice for it to save. ### 1/5 — Neanderthal Tech *2026-08-14, version 13.26062.7* It was made shortly after discovering fire. EVERYTHING about it is horrendous. When devs do an update to correct bugs it just creates one somewhere else. It could definitely be easier to navigate the system to enter hours and resources. I like that the jobs are easy to move and fall off immediately when closed, I also like the interactions feature which I use to log calls with the customer or any other relevant information. ### 3/5 — The worst *2023-06-02* If there was a way to give this app negative stars it would definitely be -5 stars. It looses data constantly it takes forever to upload the information if the data actually keeps the data associated to the equipment. At this point we’re going to be sitting in front of a screen re entering data that was previously connected. ### 2/5 — Very Poor Performance *2022-01-21* This app is very poor performing. It rarely shows what has been assigned for the day correctly. The app has to constantly be reconfigured to change statuses and see edited bookings. For being a Microsoft product tied to a system that is supportive increase our efficiency, it’s incredibly disappointing. This app needs a lot better development so it runs seamlessly the end user.
