The company started using the app again and the same problems of it crashing for all users. We delete it and reinstall it everyday to use it. This app was not spectacular from the start but today it has left me stranded in the field which is unacceptable. It’s laggy, unintuitive and everything is stupidly huge even with font size and zoom set to make everything as small as possible. Clutters the calendar with unwanted appointments (if you delete the calendar event you lose the follow up in the app). Basic useful function like alerts for account changes - non existent Jitters when working in a spreadsheet OR slides all over the place - never know which you’ll get! Not intuitive. Painful to use. The fact that people supposedly work designing this is almost laughable, if it weren’t so sad. Good lord…. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Hard for small companies to get help *2024-06-27, version 3.24064.15* We need some basic information about jow to set up but all the providers we could find want big upfront fees and long term expensive subscriptions. It’s creating a failure to launch (again). We have up a couple of years ago and are trying again. I was trying to send a contract to a client but my home internet wasn’t working and I needed to go pick up my son from school. While waiting for my son to come to the car I downloaded the Dynamics app, pulled up Solution Builder, generated the checkout link and sent it to the customer in 3 minutes! Surprisingly, I could open my app. The home screen then is super clean and shows recent records from all tables. Charts are stuck on loading ### 2/5 — Slow *2025-01-09, version 3.24104.15* This app has improved over time, however the app is far too slow to refresh and does not seem to cache data. The UI is not particularly intuitive and a little clunky. The opportunity pipeline in list form does not fit the page and the page seems to have a fixed width, therefore I have to export to excel if I want to look carefully at the pipeline. The online version has some similarities in terms of display issues, which illustrates that the app is merely the a browser in a frame pretending to be an app. Overall it’s not great. Hubspot works better as an iPad app, but Dynamics is more powerful. ### 2/5 — Like stepping back in time. *2024-08-28, version 3.24074.17* We currently have been utilizing Zoho to run our business, but started looking at Dynamics 365 products. Every Dynamics app we have come across is like something from 30 years ago that has never been updated. We compared this to our Zoho CRM and it doesn’t have near the functionality and features or as smooth. Not to mention there is no support. You want to modify this you need to go to a Microsoft partner. Our lowest quote was 30k! Just to setup! Zoho did it for free and calls every month just to check up. It seems like Microsoft is completely out of touch with SBM’s and forgot how to make software.
