As a result, making him work on his handwriting has always been an arduous task since he thoroughly dislikes it. We heard about Dynamilis through some friends and gave it a go, and now he can’t let go of it and working on his handwriting has become a pleasure and even a source of pride for him when he manages to finally crack one of the games! Even my daughter, who has no particular issue with her handwriting, is hooked. It‘s based on years of scientific research, it‘s doctor-recommended, it‘s fun, and it’s moderately priced - we’re really happy we stumbled onto Dynamilis and we could not recommend it highly enough! ### 5/5 — Dynamilis is outstanding *2023-04-21, version 1.31* I recently discovered Dynamilis, an application designed to help children improve their handwriting, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and effectiveness. After using it for a week, uninstalling and reinstalling it will not work at all. It keeps wanting me to sign up, only to tell me I have a subscription which I did purchase. Pretty useless if I cannot use it. Their handwriting is compared to thousands of other children of the same age, gender and language. That's why you have to create a profile first. You will also be able to test all the customized training activities. Should your kid not enjoy the app, it's quick and easy to cancel the free trial. ### 1/5 — Nur die Installation ist kostenlos *2022-10-11, version 1.25* Das einzige was an der App kostenlos ist, ist die Installation und die Registrierung. Jeder einzelne Schritt ist mit einem monatlichen Abo von 10€ verbunden. So kann man sich über die Leistung der App kein Bild machen. Did you test these activities with a stylus (e.g. Apple pencil, Logitech crayon)? Dynamilis works best with an iPad and a compatible stylus such as Apple Pencil or Logitech Crayon, as finger input and regular styluses do not provide the precision needed for the activities and handwriting analysis ### 4/5 — Has a lot of potential *2024-04-18* I have a child with dysgraphia, and while pencil and paper provide a kinesthetic feedback not matched with a stylus, the feedback from this app can provide coaching for improvement. My one complaint is that it does not have the d’nealian cursive font. It has 15ish handwriting styles to choose from, including d’nealian print, but not the cursive style taught in most American schools. **Developer response:** Thanks a lot for your comment! It teaches them writing and line adherence in such a fun way they love it. I highly recommend this app. The staff is very responsive to questions. Same day answers. The handwriting analysis method is research driven and provides an informative breakdown of specific aspects of each child’s handwriting. I also like how the exciting, fun iPad activities are motivational and pair well with analog paper/pencil activities found both on the iPad and on the Dynamilis website.
