I’ve probably spent thousands of dollars at this store, and when they rebranded, they launched a new points program, and none of the loyalty from before was ever taken into account. It made me want to shop there less. I withheld reviewing this aspect because I didn’t want to seem petty, but now that their app makes everything so much harder, I figured I’d lay it all out there. When you try to view a product's reviews, they don’t let you read the full reviews or view the pictures people upload of the product. It makes it hard to know what people actually think, and honestly, it makes me not want to buy a product without knowing what others are reviewing it as. ### 3/5 — Review pictures *2026-01-23, version 4.0.5* I love dynamites style of clothing, but the app is dysfunctional in a way. I can’t view pictures on reviews for clothing which really helps when you’re trying to find your right size. Also the model sizes are nice to have and those were taken off. ### 2/5 — New update sucks *2026-01-12, version 4.0.5* The new update is really bad!! The app is slow, t image of the items are blurry. Also when reading the reviews, you can't click on any of the images to see the images reviewers leave. Everytime I try to shop on the app, I just leave the app because nothing works well ### 2/5 — Bug with Reviews section *2025-12-28, version 4.0.4* An update must have happened at some point that introduced a bug for the Reviews section on each item. Many of the longer reviews’ text is cut off and there is no way to expand the review for some. Some reviews have an “Read more” option that sometimes doesn’t even show the full review. The images posted of items no longer expands so you can only see a thumbnail image which is not helpful. ### 2/5 — New updated app sucks *2025-12-27, version 4.0.4* Super slow, laggy and some of the functions and buttons don’t even work. The pictures of the clothes are blurry, you can’t read full reviews or expand pictures people include in their reviews. This upgrade was a huge downgrade. ### 3/5 — La dernière mise à jour est vraiment pas agréable *2025-11-07, version 4.0.1* J’ai toujours utilisé l’application Dynamite, et jusqu’à maintenant, j’avais jamais rencontré aucun problème temps au niveau de l’affichage que de la connexion, il y avait un choix et les items dans notre panier et notre liste de souhaits étaient bien distant depuis la mise à jour récente cette semaine, je trouve l’expérience client horrible tout a été déplacé, je dois me reconnecter à chaque fois même si je m’absente seulement pour une minute pour pouvoir aller valider un prix je trouve vraiment que c’était mieux avant et c’était surtout plus simple présentement j’essaie d’effacer depuis trois jours des items dans mon panier et chaque fois ils sont replacées donc je ne peux en ajouter de nouveau après avoir parlé avec plusieurs gens qui travaillent au commerce dynamite qui est dans le même centre commercial que moi je ne suis pas la seule à partager cet avis j’espère qu’il reviendront à l’ancienne version où tout était plus simple et plus agréable visuellement ### 3/5 — Horrible New Update *2025-11-05* I used to love this app, but now this new update has deleted all my wish list items and everything I had in my cart. Plus the newly formatted look has made it a nuisance to look the products, names of the products are cut off and you’re not sure what item you’re looking at. Pictures are blurred except for when you select the item. Overall the experience has went down since downloading this new update. I wouldn’t recommend updating it if you want a seamless clear shopping experience on their app. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Awful transition. This happened when you updated your points system too, and I lost all my points then as well. It’s easy for men but really inconvenient for small hands. So when I’m looking at a product on a product page, I’d really like to be able to just swipe right to go back to the page I was just on, rather than reach my thumb really far to the little back arrow at the top left. This is so annoying that I don’t like using the app. I’d rather browse abercrombie or American eagle because they have this figured out. There are ALWAYS glitches and bugs when trying to use the app. It won’t even let me look at new arrivals 90% of the time. Brother I’m trying to spend MONEY. mind you I worked for this miserable company for 5 years and they are psychotic about us getting the customers to download the app JUST FOR IT TO NEVER WORK. but then it’s my fault that the customers don’t want to reset their password or make another account every time they come in, because they’re locked out or it isn’t working RIIIIIIIIIGHT!!!
