I purchased a monthly ingot card. I left the game and when I went back in my profile was gone. After reinstalling the game, resetting my phone it still came up with a new player sign in. Exasperated I decided to create another character. I was happy to see my ingot purchase appear with this character. All good I carried on playing, had to do the tutorial again though. I left the game and yes you guessed it. I've now lost that character too. Getting annoyed I created a third character. This time I don't have any ingots. I want to retrieve my lost profiles but there's no way to do this. I've tried contacting the devs but I don't speak their language. Not a happy customer. Wasted money. :( ### 5/5 — Lost account *2014-10-13* Great game, was having lots of fun until I signed in my email... I thought I was bonding my account, then I lost my account.. My connection "isn't good enough" which I don't understand. My wifi and data works for all other apps except this one.
