Habe das Gerät Music 5 gekauft, um Tidal darauf zu streamen. Funktioniert jetzt nur noch über Bluetooth. Aber auch nicht stabil. Spotify läuft stabil. Bei Tidal muss ich vorher den Stecker ziehen, um das Gerät einmal zurückzusetzen. Das ganze ist wirklich eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit. It does not find Dynaudio speakers ### 1/5 — Sound Top, der Rest Flop *2022-01-08, version 1.1.7* Grundsätzlich sind die Lautsprecher sehr gut. Toller Klang und super Verarbeitung. Aber was die App angeht und wie Dynaudio mit seinen Kunde umgeht, da fehlen einem die Worte. Es wurde sowohl in der Werbung, als auch auf der Website und im Flyer ein Support von AirPlay 2 versprochen. Nach endloser Wartezeit kam vom Support nur: „ The Music speakers will not receive AirPlay 2 support, unfortunately. It has simply become an impossible task for us to do. As for the Music speakers, you shouldn't expect any more feature updates to them. They'll most likele remain as is.“ ### 1/5 — Leider immer noch ganz mies !!! *2021-02-13, version 1.1.3* Es ist für mich unverständlich wie die Verantwortlichen bei Dynaudio diese App akzeptieren. Die Dynaudio Music Geräte sind hervorragend. Vom kleinsten bis zum größten Modell. Sowohl klanglich als auch optisch und haptisch. Die App ist total unlogisch in der Bedienung und total uninspiriert und hässlich im GUI. Sorry, aber ich kann es nicht treffender formulieren. Wo bleibt die native TIDAL Implementierung ??? Deswegen habe ich mir diese Lautsprecher gekauft !!! Das ist sehr schade, da ich mit dem Kauf der Speaker dafür bezahlt habe diese Annehmlichkeiten (TIDAL Implementierung) nutzen zu können. Anfänglich funktionierte es auch tadellos. Ich hoffe immer noch auf baldige Besserung... ### 1/5 — Nicht intelligent !!! *2021-01-25, version 1.1.2* So eine schlechte App für so ein hochwertiges Musiksystem bereitzustellen ist echt unglaublich! TIDAL lässt sich nur noch via Bluetooth in meine Music7 und Music1 einbinden! Ich vermisse die alte App mit ihren Features und ihrer intelligenten Musikempfehlung! Da lief TIDAL über die App! Dort war auch noch die feine Anpassung der Lautstärke möglich! Nehmt euch mal bezüglich App-Control bei Bang & Olufsen, KEF, ... ein Beispiel! My first product ever, where the feature set is being downgraded, rather than developed. Do something already about hi-res (which we had) and airplay 2 (which we were promised). Deeply disappointed ### 1/5 — Speaker Setup not working *2020-11-13, version 1.1.1* I have never written an recension for an app, however, this app made me so angry, that I just have to write one for it. With the new update, it is not possible to setup the speakers, as there is no way to select a speaker, when trying to connect them to wifi. And where is TIDAL, vTuner and Apple Music? All customers are waiting for the AirPlay 2 update for over 3 years. Terrible apps and this expensive devices comes with a lot pf connectivity issues. ### 1/5 — Grottenschlecht *2026-03-30, version 1.2.9* Eine grottenschlechte App. Tidal einzubinden scheint irgendwie nicht möglich. Ich komme mir vor wie ein Neandertaler, den man das erste Mal vor einen PC setzt. Ob die Äpp-Programmierer zu tief in eine Flasche „Gammel Dansk“ geschaut haben, beim Entwickeln dieses im Ergebnis leider für mich grottigen Dienstprogramms. Iphone und Tidal und Dynaudio Focus 10 scheint eine Wissenschaft zu sein, die ich nicht verstehe. Focus10 mit seinen blinkenden Lämpchen frustriert mich total! Bluetooth zeigt „verbunden“ an, aber die Bixen funzen nicht . . . I bought the Music 7 Bluetooth speaker primarily for access to the radio, and that's not the issue. Dynaudio, do something about this, or you'll lose a loyal customer who already has another product. ### 1/5 — Schlecht *2025-04-16, version 1.2.7* Diese App ist so schlecht, wie man es von einem so renommierten Hersteller niemals vermuten würde… Ich kann keine Favoriten erstellen, da es ständig ein Problem mit den Serverlisten gibt. Ja, das Gerät ist in mein Netzwerk eingebunden. Nutzung nur über Bluetooth möglich. Seitdem geht es leider nur noch bergab. Seit über 5 Jahren nutze ich nunmehr die Music 7, deren Klang ich wirklich schätze. Aber die Box über die App zu starten ist jedesmal Glückssache! Es ist einfach super peinlich, wenn man Gäste eingeladen hat und etwas nette Musik spielen möchte und die Box spielt einfach nicht! Ich kenne kein anderes elektronisches Gerät dieser Klasse, welches sich so schlecht verbindet. Ich werde sie jetzt entsorgen und mir Sonos Geräte anschaffen. Für mich macht die App, was sie soll. Ich nutzte den Music 7 vorwiegend als Soundbar an TV. Die Steuerung via HDMI-ARC klappt wunderbar (und dass schon nach dem ersten einschalten, ohne Konfiguration). Für die Musikwiedergabe nutze ich AirPlay und auch das geht tadellos!! Listen An unknown server error occured and we weren’t able to show the content. Please try again later. OK Since over a month I keep trying but, no success. Also I can’t preset more than 5 stations, which I used to do two years ago, after an update came this feature is stopped. Limiting the users with only 5 station among thousands of choices on internet radios is ununderstandable and useless as well as unfair. ### 3/5 — Good speakers appli must be more connected *2021-07-22, version 1.1.4* Your speakers is excellent (I’m an happy owner of an Music 7 speaker) your new appli is good for basic use (clear, modern, stable) but lake of connectivity (Deezer, Qobuz, Amazon, Apple Music, …). This kind of speaker should have good integration with the world of streaming if it expect to be competitive in the market. Good job with Spotify connect, you have to go ahead with Airplay 2 Chromecast, and so on.
