Couldn't even get registered with this app. Tried to sign up, but it asked for a verification code, which I don't have and there is no instruction how to get one. Needs a bit more work!

I have a G2 Powerbox battery, my battery is always in safe mode due to temperature below 10 degrees and there is no setting in app to control heating of battery

App is fine for seeing the basic most important stuff. Functional. But it’s badly designed and needs some attention. It cuts off text on the top of my screen (iPhone 13) among other things. Still, the batteries are a good value overall!

The app works well. Was easy to connect to the 2 batteries in my motorhome. I have wondered for years just exactly what was going on with my batteries and now I know. I will never buy another battery without bt connection.

I have DL5.0C batteries & bought a Dyness WiFi stick so I could read their data. But there’s no way of connecting to it using my iPhone 15 pro max. If I scan the code on the WiFi stick it says”got it” but it hasn’t, there’s no way of adding it manually, it’s not listed as an option. I also get stuck on the page where it tells you to switch on Bluetooth - it’s already on! Plus the WiFi stick is WiFi, not Bluetooth! So  it won’t progress past that page & just won’t pair, even when the led’s flashing on the stick. I agree with the previous review.

in Zusammenhang mit einem Tower T 14 Speicher, diese App praktisch nicht nutzen. Sie taugt weder für Firmware Updates der Batterie Hardware noch dafür, den aktuellen Ladestand oder sogar nicht einmal die installierte Kapazität anzuzeigen. Ich habe einen T14 mit ca 14kwh, es werden aber 38kwh angezeigt. Dann lieber garkeine App

Warum kann man so eine App nicht mal jemandem geben, der die deutsche Sprache beherrscht und der dann alles! im verständliches Deutsch übersetzt.

Die Struktur der App ist zudem unübersichtlich. Vieles ist unklar. 

Ich will nur 1 Box an einem Balkonkraftwerk mit 4 Modulen und einem Tsun-Konverter betreiben. 

Nach einigem Probieren lädt die Box offenbar die Box. Aber die Energie bekomme ich nicht ins Netz. 

Videos und Erklärungen helfen auch nicht weiter.
