## What is DYNOSTICS by uVida?

This is the app you need for the uVida Dynostics metabolism device to perform analyses. 

All uVida analyses provide professional-level data, can be started with just a few clicks via the app and can be performed in a short time (even without medical expertise). 

uVida Food and uVida Stress analysis: 5-minute respiratory gas measurement at rest and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) recording. 

uVida Activity analysis: approx. 15-minute step test on a treadmill or an ergometer. 

 

The uVida Food and uVida Stress Analysis provides accurate data about your metabolism at rest and HRV (Heart Rate Variability):
