I just signed up for Dynu.  

I see they have an app, I install it... it crashes immediately after opening.  Tried rebooting.  
Apparently it hasn't been updated in 3 yearts, but surprisingly I don't see a single review.

Changes Group name when entered, attempting and succeeding in changes to capitalization and spelling. 
And therefore does not appear to work (I.e. Never Has Worked!) with Dynu domain groups or IP Updates to domains in one.

Logging into the app completely bypasses 2FA if you have that setup on your account. Very limited functionality—of all the services Dynu offers, you can only access DDNS through the app. I particularly downloaded the app to manage my email service as well as occasionally the DDNS. But let’s assume for a second all I needed was DDNS; when I clicked the button to manage mine, I received an error saying I have to be a member to use that, which I am. I said limited functionality in the beginning, but I’d almost be willing to say no functionality. This could be a very useful app if the time and effort is put into developing it at all. Extremely disappointed…

Just tried the app out of curiosity a year later.  
It seems if you use your email address you get “login failed” - but for me using my user id works.   The app is quite basic but lets you update the ip for your service(s).

This is a great DDNS service and amazingly, you get nearly all of the advanced features for free. This app is quite basic in appearance, but it's very useful. It would be even better if all records could be changed using the app though.

I have been using it for a long time. It always works flawlessly. It is made simply, so it works flawlessly. Perfect app and service!
