I already take timestamps notes about health episodes in Apple Notes.

I got this app in hopes of having my data synced from other sources and analyzed in app with an eye toward autonomic related connections to vitals, sleep, diet, and exercise. 
I’d urge the developers to try working with Welltory to accomplish this and add notes.
