## What is Dyslexia fonts?

Install accessibility fonts and use them everywhere.

This app installs a curated set of free fonts used in schools and inclusive publishing, so you can write and reformat documents in the typeface that feels most comfortable to you:

● AccessibleDfA (normal, bold, italic)
● Andika New Basic — designed for beginning readers (regular, bold, italic, bold italic)
● Atkinson Hyperlegible — created by the Braille Institute for low-vision readers (regular, bold, italic, bold italic)
● Luciole — designed for visually impaired readers (regular, bold, italic, bold italic)
● Sylexiad Sans Spaced Medium (regular, bold, italic, bold italic)
● Eido Mono

Each font has its own origin and purpose. Font choice is personal: try them and keep what feels right for you.

TIP — Beyond the font itself, try increasing the text size and the spacing between letters, words and lines. In a controlled study published in PNAS (Zorzi et al., 2012), increasing the space between letters immediately improved reading accuracy in children with dyslexia.

I mean really!!
How do you install the font?  No instructions.

The Insall at the botom of the DF screen, does not work.  Do you have to buy other apps to get this app to work?
Horrible waste of money.

I would give this Font a great review but for one aspect. It is so dog gone difficult to install. Until such time it needs work on installation, in finding the fonts when using them and then keeping them in the font library, they tend to disappear. And I canot find them at all in Office. I have tried several times to install them. There is no evidence that they are are there at all.

This package has been a godsend for reading websites on my phone. 

I can’t seem to write an email (button doesn’t take me anywhere). I’m on an iPhone 7 so unsure if the phone is too old for the app if there’s a setting I need to change.

It would be amazing if an app could be created so I can text message in Dyslexic Font (unless there is already one created I don’t know about).

It would also be great if the write section of OpenDyslexic and DyslexicFonts could scroll. This would allow me to use large enough font for my requirements whilst having sufficient space to write and view a full text message rather than needing to send my message a sentence or two at a time.

Other than a few nice-to-have tweaks, totally loving the apps and it’s made such a difference to my typical day.
