All recent reviews indicate the same thing. The first 5 or 6 times the app just presented a screen with a blank purple rectangle after we selected start quiz. When she eventually made it through the quiz and got her results it offered to go through the results and email them to me. I entered my email address and then I couldn’t go any further. It was just another blank rectangle box. I have waited for over 8 hours before writing this review to see if I would receive an email. I also tried to retake the quiz or pull up the results from the compare results button. Once again, it is a blank purple rectangle. When I looked at what I thought would be customer assist or tech support, it is a link to buy their program. Basically I’m really frustrated.
