Fortunately, this app works really similarly to apollo. I was going to get it. Or should I say I did get it. But the problem now is that trying to access the information I signed up for. I used my Apple ID and signed in. But I still have to have a write account? Why? Also, why am I not able to get the notifications for things I signed up for to be notified about? I’m giving this one star because this needs some serious accessibility issues worked on. Why do I need to have the official Reddit application on my phone? ### 1/5 — Lacks so many features *2023-07-17, version 1.0.0* Too many features that you wills expect to be in an app are missing: - can’t go to a thread from your profile by simply clicking on it or through options. - audio follows the button switch on your phone, so you need to switch your phone off silent to hear videos. - clicking all or front page sometimes just doesn’t work and freezes the app - zero visual separation of anything, it all is so jumbled together it’s hard to see why this is for the visually impaired - can’t touch scroll through most videos That’s just off the top my head. It seems to have been abandoned. It currently lacks support for the new version of Reddit links, as well as being unable to open Imgur images, which means that quite often you’ll find yourself reaching dead-ends while browsing. This doesn’t have all of the features of the official app, or the pre-IPO unofficial apps, but it runs about ten times faster and is incredibly simple to use. There is so much potential for this app. So much. I really want to see this app flourish and supersede the poor experience the Reddit IPO gives to mobile users.
